Sale and delivery conditions Here you will find useful information concerning the use of our online booking. You can read about how we treat your personal information when using online booking and how you will receive a receipt for your purchase and what the cancellation rules are. Payment All prices stated in the online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards / credit cards in the online booking system. A fee can be charged according to applicable rules from Nets. Information about purchases on the Internet You can safely shop online through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are very well protected in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible if concluded a misuse of your payment card via the Internet. Shipping and delivery When booking and paying for a cabin, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will receive a confirmation stating the price of your purchase. The contract is sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, to the e-mail address provided by the buyer. Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Nystrup Camping Klitmøller on the day of arrival and ends on departure on the day of departure. Both times are stated in the contract. We strive to deliver what has been ordered but reserve the right to change any booking made for a particular site or cabin to a site or cabin of similar standard, without the booking thereby being considered invalid. Note: Unused days are not refunded when you have started your holiday and your place cannot be resold to others during the stay. Rental of cabins or pod cabins Due to fire regulations no more than the maximum number of people specified for each type of cabins or the pod cabins may be accommodated. Final cleaning is included in the price. Cabins must be left tidy and facilities in working order. Plates must be cleaned, dried and put in place. If the cabins are left too dirty, the dinnerware has not been washed up or put in place, a fee will be charged to your credit card, corresponding to the extra time required to clean. Duvets and pillows must not be used without bed linen, you must either bring your own or rent them at the reception. The tenant is responsible for damages that occurs to the cabin, furniture or dinnerware during the stay, and you will be charged an amount equal to what it costs for repairing the damages. All cabins are non-smoking. Rental of glamping tent Due to fire regulations only 2 people are allowed to stay in the tent. Final cleaning is included in the price. However, the tent must be left tidy and facilities in working order. If the tent is left without being tidy, a fee will be charged to your credit card, corresponding to the extra time required to clean. The tenant is responsible for damages that occurs to the tent, furniture, or dinnerware during the stay, and you will be charged an amount corresponding to what it costs for repairing the damages. All tents are non-smoking. Note: Young people under 14 and pets are not allowed. Cancellation and refund You can cancel your online booking by email or phone on the following terms: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a full refund minus the administration fee If you cancel your booking between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive 75% of the full amount, minus the administration If you cancel your booking between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival, you will receive 50% of the full amount minus the administration If you cancel your booking less than 8 days prior to arrival, unfortunately a refund will not be possible. The administration fee for a refund is DKK 300, -. Unforeseen circumstances Nystrup Camping Klitmøller assumes no responsibility for the consequences of a strike, lock-out, epidemic / pandemic, or other conditions which according to Danish law are perceived as unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). Nystrup Camping reserves the right to change any booking made for a particular site or cabin to a site or cabin of the same standard. Privacy and handling of personal information Nystrup Camping Klitmøller register your name, address, e-mail, and other information given when booking online. The information is not given to a third party. It is kept within our database for 5 years. Payment with a credit card happens on a secure server where the information is encrypted. Complaints If you for some reason do not receive your contract which confirms your purchase, and do not get any errors from the online booking system then please contact us using the information below. Complaints concerning the booking process or the received services must happen within a reasonable time after you have seen the mistake or should have seen the mistake by looking through your contract. Personal data policy for Nystrup Camping Klitmøller 1. General: This personal data policy applies to Nystrup Camping Klitmøller, Trøjborgvej 22, 7700 Thisted owned by: Maj Fjord Nielsen and Torben Fjord Petersen. The purpose of the policy is to clarify how we handle your personal data. 2. Data controller: Nystrup Camping Klitmøller (CVR no: 27704573) is the data controller. How we collect your personal data: Your data is collected in connection with your stay at the campsite. We collect personal data in the following way: When you choose to buy and/or request one of the campsite's services. Via TV monitoring Collection of personal data and the processing of this will at all times take place in accordance with applicable legislation. The TV surveillance is set up as a safety-creating measure for employees and guests. The surveillance can be found at the entrance to the square. The TV monitoring is exclusively live recordings, which are saved for 20 days and then deleted automatically. 4. What personal data do we collect: We collect the following: Name, address, telephone number, nationality and email address. In addition, we register your purchases of the campsite's services for the purpose of settlement of stays. At your own discretion, you can choose to provide the campsite with additional information that you consider may be relevant to your stay. This may, for example, be information about a disability or medical condition. This type of personal data is neither registered nor processed. 5. Purpose of the collection: The collection of your personal data is for one or more of the following purposes: Fulfillment of legal requirements. Processing your reservations and purchasing the campsite's services. Contact you before and during your stay. Sending desired information about the campsite's services. Your personal data is collected solely for the above purposes. Your personal data is limited to only what is necessary, cf. the above. We will obtain your consent if your data is to be used for other purposes. 6. The legal basis for the processing: As a starting point, the campsite is required by law to process your personal data. This is, for example, the case in connection with guest registration at check-in, where the legislation states which personal data the campsite is required to register, cf. the Passport Order and the Aliens Order. The campsite is also required to disclose the nationality of overnight guests to Statistics Denmark. In addition, your personal data is registered and processed for accounting reasons in connection with your purchases of the campsite's services. 7. Who your data is shared with: Apart from the legal requirements for registration of overnight guests and accounts, your personal data is not shared with third parties. 8. Transfer of data: Your data is not transferred to other countries. 9. Storage and deletion: Your data is stored on a server located within the EU/EEA. To avoid data loss, the campsite regularly backs up our data sets. Your personal data is deleted when all purposes for the registration in question are no longer necessary. However, information about the contact person for invoice information is stored for five years, so that applicable accounting legislation can be complied with. Once the 5 years have passed, the information is deleted. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time, provided that legal requirements do not make this illegal. 10. Your rights: According to the EU's data protection regulation and the Danish data protection law, you have the following rights: You have the right, upon request, to gain insight into the personal data that we process about you. You have the right to have any incorrect personal data corrected and updated. You have the right to have the personal data that the campsite is not required to store deleted. You have the right to revoke your consent, which forms the basis for the processing of your personal data, without this affecting the legality of the processing that was based on consent before its revocation. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and in accordance with the EU's data protection regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you can ask to receive your personal data so that these can be easily transferred to you or another data controller chosen by you. You have the right to complain about the processing of your personal data. Any inquiries in this regard should be sent to the above address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
